Product Overview

Omniflush FG is a synthetic flushing fluid designed to remove varnish and sludge from compressors that are used in food, beverage and pharmaceutical processing plants, including areas where there is a possibility of incidental contact from the compressed air and/or condensate with edible products and ancillaries. It may also be used as an intermediary step when transitioning from non-food grade lubricants to NSF H-1 approved oils. Omnflush FG is designed for use at full strength, therefore eliminating offline cleaning resulting in costly downtime. Omniflush FG is compatible with most food grade lubricants on the market including white mineral oils, polyalphaolefins, polyglycols, and synthetic esters.
