CHEMLUBE® PGR SERIES
MULTIFUNTIONAL SYNTHETIC COMPRESSOR LUBRICANTS
Product Overview
The Chemlube® PGR Series is a blend of multifunctional synthetic base stocks and high-performance additives designed for use in rotary screw air compressors. The unique chemistry of these products allows for high-performance over a wide range of temperatures and application environments. PGR is compatible with most all synthetics on the market, including polyglycol coolant compressor oils, which helps reduce costly system flushes and potential downtime during changeouts and conversions. These product exhibit excellent oxidative stability, superior frictional reduction and good system cleanliness in an economic package relative to other synthetic compressor fluids.
Chemlube PGR Series lubricants can achieve service life of 6,000 - 8,000 hours in rotary screw compressors under good operating conditions (<200F). This series is an excellent choice when looking to consolidate product lines.
